The Galaxy Ring, available in nine sizes and three colors (matte black, matte silver, and shiny gold), is crafted from durable titanium. It aims to become the leader in its category by offering precise data collection through sensors that track heart rate, GPS, sleep patterns, and temperature.

The Galaxy Ring distinguishes itself with its compact, non-intrusive design that focuses solely on health monitoring. Unlike smartwatches, it does not display notifications, make calls, or support NFC payments. However, it boasts a significant battery life of up to seven days and is water-resistant up to 100 meters (10 ATM), making it suitable for swimming and everyday activities.

Samsung’s new ring is equipped to continuously monitor heart health, stress levels, sleep cycles, and even women’s health. It syncs with the Samsung Health app to provide comprehensive health insights, personalized wellness plans, and daily energy scores. The Galaxy Ring also enhances data accuracy when paired with a Galaxy Watch and can detect the start of physical activities like walking or running.
