OnePlus 7 Pro 5G Variant Announced, Will come to the UK later this Year

OnePlus 7 Pro 5G Variant get announced along with the OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro at the event in the UK yesterday. The phone is confirmed to come to the UK later this year. The phone us specifically designed to cover the next generation 5G network with the partnership of telco EE and Qualcomm.

The company has not revealed the price and availability of this phone, but they have confirmed that it will come to UK later this month. Specifications are very similar to the standard OnePlus 7 Pro model, but 5G variant will support Snapdragon X40 modem in order to support 5G networks.

OnePlus 7 Pro 5G Specs:

OnePlus 7 Pro 5G variant will feature fluid AMOLED display with 90Hz frame rate and QHD+(1440×3120 pixels) resolutions. It will power the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC and up to 12GB of RAM. On the connectivity front, it will offer 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C (v3.1 Gen 1) port.

For the camera performance, the phone will pack 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.6 aperture, 16MP secondary camera sensor with f/2.4 aperture and 8MP third camera sensor with the same f/2.4 aperture. Front side, it will pack 16MP pop-up selfie camera sensor.

The phone is expected to come to the UK later this year, as for India there are no details about it. However, telecom operator Airtel has announced that they are going to trial their first 5G network in India for three months starting from June.
