Android Go Phone From Samsung Listed On GeekBench – SM-J260G

Samsung is planing to lunch its first Android Go phone named Samsung Galaxy J2. Today a phone with SM-J260G model number listed on GeekBench with Android Go OS. Speaking about Android Go, it is a lower version of Android 8.0 Oreo which is made for entry level smartphones with low RAM and processor. Googe has already launched special apps for Go version like Files Go, Gboard Go, Maps Go, YouTube Go.

Coming to GeekBench listing, the phone has 1GB of RAM and Android 8.0 Oreo Anroid Go OS. It is listed with Exynos 7570 SoC clocked at 1.4GHz GHz. That’s it, no more details on GeekBench listing.

Today, Samsung has launched Samsung Galaxy j2 2018 with Snapdragon 425 SoC and Samsung Mall in India at Rs.8190. Adding specs, it features 5.5-inch display with 960 x 540 pixels resolutions. On th optic department it sports 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera sensor with LED flash on both side. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box and powered with 2600mAh battery.It has 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage with 256GB of Expandable storage.

It comes with Black, Gold and Pink colors. It will available from 27th April at Rs.8,190 across the country.
